If you are not satisfied with your purchase or of the product is defective, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days. You must get a return authorization number from us first. All products must be returned in their original packaging to avoid a restocking fee, otherwise there will be a 15% charge. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original packaging, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton.
A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package. Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
